Where/how do you plan to market this event?
I have read and agree to the Event Proposal Guidelines for Programs in Wisconsin Union Dining Services Spaces document.
I understand that my group is solely responsible for all costs related to this proposed event.
I understand that this event, if approved, can only be marketed to the University Community and may NOT be advertised as open to the general public nor advertised as "all ages".
I understand that Wisconsin Union Dining Services facilities do serve alcoholic beverages to patrons of legal drinking age as a part of their normal operations-events that require cessation of alcohol service will not generally be considered for Dining Services spaces. In the event that a special exception is made to allow an event that requires cessation of alcohol service, organizers may be charged a fee to be determined by Dining Services.
